Lets catch up

Hello lovelies!
I'm sorry it's been a while since I've posted but I've been really busy! School work has been the priority and I also went to Krakow, Poland on a history trip.
It was amazing! The main reason that we went was to visit Auschwitz-Birkenau as our coursework is surrounding the holocaust. There was a mixed reaction to our visit. Some didn't feel any emotion whereas me and my friend Amy got a bit emotional. For me the heart-breaking part was seeing the Jews possessions which were on display. These ranged from glasses to suitcases and even prosthetic limbs. I did shed a tear or two. However the rest of the trip was brilliant. The city was beautiful and the company was hilarious! This trip has opened my eyes to history a lot more. It's concreted the idea that's it's not just in text books it was real life. It's also made me more enthusiastic to visit more historical places just to feel closer to the events and make me realise how much empathy we need to give to history.

James Haskell has been a professional rugby player for 17 years. He has won Premiership and European championship titles with Wasps and many other titles while playing in France, New Zealand and Japan. 30 things I want to do before I'm 30

Hi lovelies! I'm turning 18 soon and thought it would be a good idea to write this post and then come back to it when I turn 30 and see if I could tick all of the thing off of the list! Having a check list for me means that I'm more obligated to go ahead with my ideas rather than pushing them to the back of my mind and backing it of them. SO here we go! 30: Have a spontaneous holiday. Go to the airport and just get a plane. I think this would be so much fun! 29: Fall in love. I know very cheesy but if I haven't fallen in love by the time I'm 30 I may as well be Bridget Jones; become a spinster and be eaten by wild Alsatians.
