The Sisterhood Of The World award

Hello lovelies! I have been nominated by the lovely Sophie or as you may know her Petals Of Perfection for the Sisterhood Of The World Award! I cannot thank Sophie enough for all the help she has given me since I've started this blog so go and check her blog out and give it some love (you wont regret it, her blog is amazing!) http://petalsofperfection.blogspot.co.uk/

Rules:

1. You thank the blogger who nominated you and you link their blog. Its nice to share the love at all times.
2. You answer the list of 10 questions they have created for you and you then create a list of your own 10 questions for your nominees to answer.
3. You nominate Sister Bloggers to receive the award and repeat all the steps involved.

Questions from Sophie:
1: What do you think is your best feature?

Um, this is a difficult one! I would say my best feature is my eyes.

2: Name the song that describes you best

I would say Pink- raise your glass. This describes me because I'm so clumsy and 'too school for cool' but I don't care haha!

3: What's the best thing that someone has said to you?

Hmm... I know this is going to sound a bit cheese but probably when my parents said they believed in me. Knowing they think that I can achieve everything that I want to gives me the motivation to want to go out there and do it!

4:If you could make up a word what would it be and what's it's definition?

flabberdabberdingdong. Definition: A word you say when you can't express yourself.

5: Favourite quote?

My favourite quote is from the book The Twits by Roald Dahl. 'If you a have good thoughts they will shine out through your face ad you will always look lovely'.

6:what would you do if you were told that your life was just a dream?

I would cry! I love my life; great family and friends, love my job and school isn't too bad! Also I just turned 18 so if I was younger when I woke up from this life I would be so annoyed! No legal drinking :'(

7: Would you like to know what happens to you in 2015? Like your own 2015 trailer?

No I wouldn't. I think if you know what's going to happen it wouldn't happen that way. You would try and change things to get what you wanted. I think I would prefer to just leave it to fate.

8: Favourite place to go on holiday and why?

West Bay. This is because it takes me back to my favourite holiday as a kid and the memories just makes it a great place to go for me.

9: What is your best characteristic?

I think mine is that I'm thoughtful. I'm pretty good at getting gifts for people and will consider peoples feelings in every situation.

10: If you could have one celebrity friend who would it be and why?

I think I'd choose David Attenborough! He'd be full on fun facts and his voice is just so amazing!

5: Something you couldn't live without?
6: Something that you would delete if you could?
7: Place you want to travel to?

Blue Story - why the film shouldn't be banned

Blue Story was released on Friday, a movie about teenagers growing up in London and how they are sucked into gang culture. The film, which has been likened to the hit show Top Boy, has now been banned from all Vue cinema's in light of an incident at one of their venues in Birmingham - a decision that I think is ridiculous. Photo from Rapman's Instagram. While the safety of cinema goers is of course integral, the incident in question has not been directly linked to the film. In addition, many of the people involved are not even old enough to watch the rated 15 movie . Police have not mentioned the movie in any of their inquiries and have not recommended a ban - something the media has not shone as much of a light on. The reason this has got under my skin is that after I watched the movie on Sunday the message I took away from it is that the systematic culture of gangs is heartbreaking and unnecessary. At the heart of this film its creator Rapman is trying to say that, whil

30 things I want to do before I'm 30

Hi lovelies! I'm turning 18 soon and thought it would be a good idea to write this post and then come back to it when I turn 30 and see if I could tick all of the thing off of the list! Having a check list for me means that I'm more obligated to go ahead with my ideas rather than pushing them to the back of my mind and backing it of them. SO here we go! 30: Have a spontaneous holiday. Go to the airport and just get a plane. I think this would be so much fun! 29: Fall in love. I know very cheesy but if I haven't fallen in love by the time I'm 30 I may as well be Bridget Jones; become a spinster and be eaten by wild Alsatians. If you've seen the film you'd get that reference! 28: Be in a job I love! Listen up future me if you aren't in a job you love leave it now and get one you do! There's no point in working somewhere that doesn't motivate you to get up every morning. 27: Had the courage to start up Youtube again. I posted some videos last year
