The spring tag

Hello lovelies!
I was nominated for this tag ages ago so I apologise for being so slow in response! I was nominated by the lovely Sophie AKA Petals of perfection. She has been a great help with starting my blog and her blog is amazing so go and check her out here - petalsofperfection.blogspot.co.uk. Lets get on with this tag!

Question 1: What three colours remind you of spring?
Probably pink, white and baby blue.

Question 2: What is the first thing you added to your spring wardrobe?
A gorgeous floor length dress. It has a lovely floral pattern of the vest style top and then it's black to the floor and it's kind of see through. I'm not great at describing haha, so check it out here- http://www.littlemissrendell.blogspot.co.uk/2015/04/huge-fashion-haul.html I did a huge fashion haul and it's included in this!

Question 3: What is the first item of clothing you ditch to make it more spring-like?
Jeans! I hate wearing them; when winter rolls around and I'm forced to wear them I hate my outfit. I just feel they're restricting and I just feel more comfortable in a dress or leggings. That's why I love spring so much, I can get back into clothes I adore. Woo, spring haha.

Question 4: What is your ultimate nude and bright lipsticks?
My favourite nude lipstick is Revlon's Just Bitten Kitten lip stain (010 Darling). It's gorgeous, it goes with the majority of outfits and it's reasonably cheap!
My favourite bright lipstick is MAC's Heroine. It's a lush bright purple that's bold and it has a great durability!

Question 5: What is your signature spring fragrance?
Beyoncé rise. It's really subtle and sweet which goes really well with the season!

Question 6: What do you add or drop to your skin care routine?
I don't really have a skin care routine? Is this bad? I moisturise but that's about it? Comment below to help me out!

Question 7: Do you change your hair in spring?
I don't change it specifically due to the season but I love experimenting with dyeing my hair. At the moment I have purple hair but in a few weeks who knows?

Question 8: Are there any exciting beauty releases that you are looking forward to?
I am so buzzed for Tanya Burr to make her announcement in the summer! I love her current beauty range so I cannot wait to see what she has in store!

Question 9: What are your top three nail colours for spring?
Well I hate to say this but I have recently reprised my addiction of biting my nails :( so no painting for me!

Question 10: Who do you tag?

Thank you again Sophie for tagging me!

30 things I want to do before I'm 30

Hi lovelies! I'm turning 18 soon and thought it would be a good idea to write this post and then come back to it when I turn 30 and see if I could tick all of the thing off of the list! Having a check list for me means that I'm more obligated to go ahead with my ideas rather than pushing them to the back of my mind and backing it of them. SO here we go! 30: Have a spontaneous holiday. Go to the airport and just get a plane. I think this would be so much fun! 29: Fall in love. I know very cheesy but if I haven't fallen in love by the time I'm 30 I may as well be Bridget Jones; become a spinster and be eaten by wild Alsatians. If you've seen the film you'd get that reference! 28: Be in a job I love! Listen up future me if you aren't in a job you love leave it now and get one you do! There's no point in working somewhere that doesn't motivate you to get up every morning. 27: Had the courage to start up Youtube again. I posted some videos last year...

Blue Story - why the film shouldn't be banned

Blue Story was released on Friday, a movie about teenagers growing up in London and how they are sucked into gang culture. The film, which has been likened to the hit show Top Boy, has now been banned from all Vue cinema's in light of an incident at one of their venues in Birmingham - a decision that I think is ridiculous. Photo from Rapman's Instagram. While the safety of cinema goers is of course integral, the incident in question has not been directly linked to the film. In addition, many of the people involved are not even old enough to watch the rated 15 movie . Police have not mentioned the movie in any of their inquiries and have not recommended a ban - something the media has not shone as much of a light on. The reason this has got under my skin is that after I watched the movie on Sunday the message I took away from it is that the systematic culture of gangs is heartbreaking and unnecessary. At the heart of this film its creator Rapman is trying to say that, whil...

You nominate Sister Bloggers to receive the award and repeat all the steps involved. Questions from Sophie: 1: What do you think is your best feature? Um, this is a difficult one!
